摘  要:目的为尽快查明污染空气并引起居民区5人中毒的原因及其危害因素,避免猜疑和群体性的恐慌事件,为当地政府采取相应控制措施提供依据。方法应用现场流行病学调查结果,采用顶空-气质联用方法进行实验室检测。结果在盛装不明液体的容器清洗液中检测出丙烯腈,其燃烧产物氰化氢引起中毒的症状与人群中毒症状相符。结论明确中毒的起因是居民吸入丙烯腈燃烧产物氰化氢所致。提示今后应从事件中吸取教训,加强化工原料容器的管理和安全保护宣传,消除安全隐患,排除社会不安定因素,避免类似的事件再次发生。Objective To find out air pollution as soon as possible and the causes of 5 people poisoning in residential areas and its risk factors,and to avoid suspicion and mass panic event,so as to provide basis for the local government to take corresponding control measures. Methods The epidemiological survey and the headspace gas chromatography- mass spectrometry( HP-GC- MS) method were used in the laboratory detection. Results The unknown liquid was acrylonitrile,and its poisoning symptoms of combustion product,hydrogen cyanide,was consistent with that of the crowd. Conclusion The poisoning is caused by inhalation of combustion products- hydrogen cyanide. We should draw lessons from the incident in the future,strengthen the management of chemical raw materials containers and safety protection,eliminate security risks and social unrest to avoid the recurrence of similar incidents.
