乐山市HIV感染者治疗3年与未治疗感染者CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+及CD4/CD3、CD8/CD3的对比分析

摘　　要：目的了解HIV感染者参与治疗以后的CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+淋巴细胞绝对数及CD4/CD3、CD8/CD3的恢复情况。方法采用BDFACSCalibur流式细胞仪,对76名经3年治疗的HIV感染者和127名未治疗的HIV感染者血液标本中的CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+淋巴细胞绝对数以及CD4/CD3、CD8/CD3的比值检测,进行统计学分析。结果治疗组与未治疗组相比,治疗组的CD4^+和CD4/CD3升高,CD3^+、CD8/CD3减少,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组CD8^+的绝对值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 2011年度参与治疗的感染者产生的免疫反应明显好于未治疗组,所以扩大艾滋病感染者的服药面,加强艾滋病患者的服药管理是艾滋病防控工作的重点。Objective To investigate the absolute CD3＋,CD4＋and CD8＋lymphocyte quantity and the recovery of CD4/CD3,CD8/CD3 in HIV cases after treatment. Methods 76 HIV cases in 3 years of treatment and 127 untreated HIV cases were included in this survey. CD3＋,CD4＋,CD8＋absolute quantity and CD3/CD8,CD4/CD8 ratio in blood specimens from these cases were measured by BD FACSCalibur flow cytometer and analyzed statistically. Results To compare with untreated group,CD4＋and CD4/CD3 in the treatment group increased,while,CD3＋and CD3/CD8 declined,with the differences statistically significant（ P〉0. 05）. There was no statistical significance on the difference in the absolute value of CD8 between the 2groups. Conclusion Immune response were found on the patients of treatment significantly higher than the untreatment group.So,strengthening the management of HIV/AIDS patients＇ medication is a major focus of preventing and controlling work of HIV/AIDS.
