摘 要:目的探讨嘉兴地区HPV感染率及型别分布。方法选择2012年4月-2013年9月在医院妇科门诊就诊的患者,行阴道镜检查后,采宫颈分泌物获取标本送检,进行HPV DNA分子杂交检测,并对检测结果进行分析。结果被检的910例患者中,HPV阳性330例,阳性率为36.26%。HPV基因型分布阳性率居前3位的是HPV16(26.46%)、HPV52型(21.12%)、HPV58型(11.7%)。单一基因型别感染者230例,检出率为69.7%;双重感染者74例,检出率为22.4%;三重及以上感染者26例,检出率为7.9%。结论妇女在不同地区的HPV感染率存在着一定的差异,除地域差异外,还可能与研究人群的选择及检测方法的不同有关。HPV16型感染最常见,高危型持续感染尤其是HPV16时,无论为宫颈炎还是尖锐湿疣患者,应进行随访及动态监测。Objective To investigate the infection rate and type distribution of human papillomavirus( HPV) in Jiaxing. Methods Patients,who came from gynecological clinic in our hospital during April,2012- September,2013,were conducted for colposcopy examination,cervical secretions samples were collected for the detection of HPV DNA molecules hybridization,and the detection results were analyzed. Results 910 cases of patients were examined,with HPV positive in 330 cases,the positive rate was 36. 26%. The top 3 positive rates of HPV genotype distribution were respectively in HPV16( 26. 46%),HPV52( 21. 12%) and HPV58( 11. 7%). 230 cases were in single gene infection,with the detection rate of 69. 7%; 74 cases were in double infection,with the detection rate of 22. 4%; 26 cases were in the treble or multiple infection,with the detection rate of7. 9%. Conclusion There are some differences in the HPV infection rates in different regions,in addition to regional differences,it may be related to the choice of the study population and the different detection methods. HPV16 infection is the most common high- risk persistent infection,especially HPV16; patients with cervicitis or cauliflower excrescence should be followed up and dynamically monitored.
