摘 要:超声喷雾应用于植保机械具有重要意义,农用变幅杆是超声喷雾纵振系统的关键组成部分。根据简单机械振动和超声波传播的原理,对农用超声喷头变幅杆进行理论设计。同时,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS workbench15.0求得农用超声变幅杆三维模型的固有频率,仿真出压电陶瓷激振下喷头的振动幅值,与动力学方程计算的结果进行比较,得出理论计算与仿真分析的误差值,最后通过试验比较验证了超声喷雾效果好于气力式喷雾。Ultrasonic spray used in plant protection machinery make great importance, agricultural amplitude transformer is a key component of the ultrasonic spray longitudinal vibration system. According to the simple principle of mechanical vibration and the ultrasonic wave propagation, the paper design ultrasonic nozzle of agricultural amplitude transformer. Meanwhile, using the software of finite element analysis ANSYS workbenchl5.0, the paper obtain natural frequency of agricultural ultrasonic horn 3D model and simulate the vibration amplitude of the nozzle shocked by the piezoelectric ceramics, then compare the amplitude with the results of dynamics equations, get the error value between calculation and simulation analysis. Finally, verifying the effect of ultrasonic spray is better than press spray by experiment.
