摘  要:地锚式悬索桥常用的主缆锚固系统从体系上可分为型钢锚固体系和预应力锚固体系,无论采用何种锚固系统,均需要通过施工定位支架来满足锚固装置精确空间定位的要求。由于主缆锚固系统体量和重量都非常大,传统的施工定位支架往往用钢量较大,同时存在较明显变形,影响锚固装置最终定位精度。以大岳高速洞庭湖大桥岳阳侧锚锭施工为工程背景,通过调整施工定位支架的安装工序,将传统的空间框架式施工定位支架简化为平面框架式施工定位支架,解决了型钢锚杆安装施工难度大的问题,并提高了最终定位精度,取得了良好的工程效果。The main cable anchorage system of suspension bridge commonly used can be divided into H-section steel anchor system and prestressing anchor system, and no matter what kind of anchoring system is to be chosen, the positioning steel frame is needed to be used to meet the requirements of the precision space positioning of the anchoring device. As the main cable anchorage system is very large in volume and weight, with large amount of steel for traditional positioning frame, it also has obvious deformation which can affect the positioning accuracy of the anchoring device. Taking the construction of Yueyang side anchor slab of the Dongting Lake Bridge at the Dajie-Yueyang Expressway as engineering background, by adjusting the installation procedure of the positioning steel frame, and simplifying the positioning steel frame from traditional space frame to plane frame, the problem of difficult assembly of anchor rod is solved, and the final positioning accuracy is improved.
