朔州市矿业权实地核查成果开发与应用分析

摘　　要：为充分利用矿业权实地核查成果,提高朔州市矿政管理水平,实现矿产资源的精细化管理,本文在评价朔州市2009年矿业权实地核查工作成果的基础上,通过实地调研、需求分析等方法,从实地核查工作后评估、矿业权核查数据扩展与更新、矿政管理系统建设、地质测绘基础设施保护措施等方面进行研究与分析,实现对矿业权实地核查成果的深度开发与应用。经过在朔州市国土资源系统的推广使用,开发与应用成果已对矿政管理水平的提高起到辅助作用。The purpose of this paper is to improve the mining administrative management level and to achieve the fine management of mineral resources in Shuozhou area by making use of the results of the field verification of mineral rights. Based on the field verification of mineral rights in Shuozhou city in 2009, by using the method of field research and needs analysis, the paper studies on four questions： to eveluate the field verification work, to study data updating and expansion, to develop software for mineral administration, to study protection of geological surveying and mapping infrastructure. With the popularition and applicaiton in the land and resources system of Shuozhou city, it is found that the development and application of the field verification of mineral rights play an sginficant role in supporting the mining administration.
