境外地质矿产信息共享机制研究与平台建设

摘　　要：为了实现我国"走出去"的各个地勘单位和矿业企业之间境外地质矿产数据资料的共享,提高数据的使用价值,避免重复建设,本文对境外地质矿产信息共享机制进行了研究,提出实现信息共享的途径,即建立共享机构,确定共享原则,编制技术标准,并建设信息共享平台。依据此思路,成立了全球地质矿产信息共享工作委员会(又称"共享联盟"),确定了境外地质矿产信息共享的原则及模式,编写了元数据标准,初步建设了全球地质矿产信息网。本研究实现了共享联盟成员之间数据的共享,为将来实现其他单位之间境外地质矿产信息的共享奠定了基础。To achieve the geo-information sharing among the institutes and companies in the progress of overseas investment,improve the application value of the information, and to avoid the repetitive job, the sharing-mechanism and platform were studied in the paper. Some ideas were put forward, like building the sharing-agency, identifying the regulation, compiling the professional standard, and establishing the sharing- platform. According to this idea, information sharing alliance was established, metadata standard was compiled and the platform was developed. By conclusion, information-sharing was achieved among alliance members. This research is an important step and build a solid basis in promoting the oversea geo-info sharing.
