摘  要:规划引导是推动资源型城市空间结构转型的重要途径。本文深入分析了资源再生型城市——徐州从衰退到再生阶段面临的城市空间形态与结构问题。在此基础上,从城市规划体系的完善、城市空间形态与建设用地结构的转变、城市规模的提升以及城市绿地系统优化五个方面梳理了自20世纪90年代至今徐州城市空间规划导向的转变与城市发展的响应过程。最后提出了探索工矿用地的协同规划机制,促进产城融合方式发展,整合生态资源的规划建议,以期为其他城市提供经验借鉴。Planning guidance is an important approach to promoting spatial structure transformation of resource-based cities. The resource-regenerating city, Xuzhou,is deeply analyzed from its spatial morphology and structure problems encountering from the stage of recession to regeneration in this paper. Based on the results, the transformation of spatial planning guidance in Xuzhou and the process response of city development from 1990s on has been summarized from the following five aspects:the completion of urban planning system, the transformation of city~ s spatial morphology and construction land structure, the enlarge scale of city and the improvement of the urban green space. It finally puts forward several suggestions, including exploring the cooperative planning mechanism for industrial and mining land, promoting city- industry integration, integrating ecological resources, so as to it can provide reference for other cities.
