摘 要:以含羟基或长氟碳链的丙烯酸酯和端乙烯基硅化合物为原料,采用乳液自由基聚合法制备了水性氟硅丙烯酸树脂(WFSi PA),再与水性异氰酸酯交联固化,并研究其涂膜性能.通过红外光谱、凝胶色谱和粘度测试,对WFSi PA的结构、相对分子质量和乳液流变行为进行了表征,并以力学性能测试和热重分析,探讨了水性异氰酸酯的用量对涂膜性能的影响.结果表明,所合成的WFSi PA乳液体系属于非牛顿流体,当异氰酸酯的用量为8%时,涂膜具有很好的疏水性和力学性能,在氮气中热失重5%时的温度为286℃,最大热降解速率温度为411℃.The water-borne fluoro-silicone polyacrylate resin (WFSiPA) was prepared via free radical emulsion polymerization based on the vinyl-terminated silicone compound and acrylate mono- mers containing hydroxyl group or long fluoro-carbon chains, and it was cross-linked with a water- borne isocyanate curing agent. Then the performances of the coating films were investigated. The chemical structure and molecular weight of WFSiPA, rheological behaviors of the WFSiPA emulsion were characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, gel permeation chromatography and viscometry, respectively. Meanwhile the effects of the water-borne isocyanate curing agent content on the properties of the coating films were studied by testing their mechanical properties and thermo- gravimetry. The results indicate that the WFSiPA emulsion system is a non-Newtonian fluid, and when the isocyanate curing agent content is 8%, the coating film possesses good hydrophobicity and mechanical properties, and the temperatures corresponding to 5% thermal weight loss and to the maximum thermal degradation rate under nitrogen atmosphere are at 286℃ and 411℃, respectively.
