不同起病形式肺结核合并糖尿病患者外周血CD8^+CD122^+T细胞水平的检测及意义

摘　　要：目的了解不同起病形式肺结核合并糖尿病(PPTDM)患者外周血CD8^+CD122^+T细胞的水平。方法采用流式细胞术检测50例PPTDM[包括先肺结核后糖尿病(PTB-DM)和先糖尿病后肺结核(DM-PTB)各25例]、40例单纯肺结核(PTB)、40例单纯糖尿病(DM)患者及30名健康志愿者(HV)的外周血CD8^+C D122^+T细胞含量,ELISA检测其血清IL-10含量,并分析其相关性。结果 PPTDM患者外周血CD8^+CD122^+T细胞及IL-10含量均显著高于PTB、DM患者及HV(P<0.05);PTB患者外周血CD8^+C D122^+T细胞含量显著高于DM患者及HV;PTB-DM患者的CD8^+C D122^+T细胞及IL-10含量均显著高于DM-PTB者(P<0.05);PTB-DM患者外周血CD8^+C D122^+T细胞含量与血清IL-10含量呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论外周血CD8+C D122+T细胞含量与PPTDM不同起病形式有关,可能在鉴别PTB-DM和DM-PTB患者中具有重要意义。Objective To assess the CD8CD122T cells level of peripheral blood in the patients with pulmonary tuber- culosis of different forms of onset and diabetes mellitus （PPTDM）. Methods FCM was used to detect CD8＋CD122T cells content of the peripheral blood in 50 cases with PPTDM （including 25 cases of PTB-DM and 25 cases of DM-PTB）, 40 cases with DM and 30 volunteers （HV）, ELISA was used to detect serum IL-10 levels, and their relevance was analyzed. Results The blood CD8CD122＋T cells and serum IL-10 levels in PPTDM group were significantly higher than those in PTB, DM and HV Group （P〈0.05 or 0.01）, respectively. The blood CD8CD122＋T cells level in PTB Group was significantly higher than that in DM Group and HV Group （P〈0.05）. Blood CD8＋CD122T cells and serum IL-10 levels in PTB-DM patients were significantly higher than those in DM-PTB patients （P〈0.05）. Blood CD8＋CD122T cells level was positively correlated to serum IL-10 level in PTB-DM patients （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Peripheral blood CD8CD122T cell level is related to different forms of onset of PPTDM, which may be of great significance in differentiate PTB-DM from DM-PTB.
