重组人干扰素α2b凝胶联合保妇康栓治疗宫颈高危型HPV感染的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察重组人干扰素α2b凝胶(尤靖安)联合保妇康栓治疗宫颈高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的临床疗效。方法 120例宫颈高危型HPV感染患者随机分为干扰素组和联合用药组,每组60例。干扰素组给予尤靖安治疗,联合用药组给予尤靖安联合保妇康栓治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效、HPV转阴率和不良反应发生率。结果联合用药组的临床疗效优于干扰素组(P<0.05),HPV转阴率高于对照组(86.7%vs 66.7%,P<0.01);两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论尤靖安联合保妇康栓治疗宫颈高危型HPV感染疗效确切,安全性高。Objective To observe clinical curative effect of human recombinant interferon ct2b gel （Youjingan） combined with Baofukang suppository in the treatment of cervical high-risk HPV infection. Methods 120 cases with cervical highrisk HPV infection were randomly divided into Interferon Group and Drug Combination Group, 60 cases in each group. Interferon Group received treatment with Youjingan while Drug Combination Group received treatment with a combination of Youjingan and Baofukang suppository. The clinical effect, HPV negative conversion ratio and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were observed. Results The clinical effect of Drug Combination Group was better than that of Interferon Group （P〈0.05）, the HPV negative conversion ratio of Drug Combination Group was higher than that of Control Group （86.7% vs 66.7%, P〈0.01）; and there was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The combination of Youjingan and Baofukang suppository has definite effect in the treatment of cervical high risk HPV infection with high safety.
