摘  要:目的了解2013-2015年番禺区临床分离的淋球菌流行株对阿奇霉素的敏感性及耐药菌株的流行特点。方法采用琼脂稀释法测定菌株对阿奇霉素的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。每批试验均由标准菌株作质控,统计出MIC50和MIC90。结果 3年间共检测出235株淋球菌,其中18株对阿奇霉素耐药(7.7%)。阿奇霉素的MIC50及MIC90分别为0.25mg/L和0.50 mg/L。2013、2014、2015年阿奇霉素的耐药率分别为9.4%、6.3%和7.0%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论淋球菌对阿奇霉素的耐药率较高,持续的耐药性监测为临床指导阿奇霉素治疗淋病有重要意义。Objective To investigate the susceptibility of Neisseria gonorrhoeae(NG) strains isolated in Panyu in 2013- 2015 to azithromycin and epidemic characteristics of drug-resistant strains. Methods The agar dilution method was used to determine the minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) of strains to azithromycin. For each batch trails, standard strains are used for quality control, and MIC50 and MIC90 was calculated. Results 235 NG strains were detected in three years, of which 18 strains (7.7%) were resistant to azithromycin. MIC50 and MIC90 of azithromycin was 0.25 mg/L and 0.50 mg/L, respectively. The azithromycin resistance in 2013-2015 was 9.4%, 6.3% and 7.0%, respectively, and there was no statistical difference (P〉0.05). Conclusion The resistance ofNeisseria gonorrhoeae to azithromycin is high. Continuous monitoring of drug resistance can be of great importance for clinical guidance of treatment of gonorrhea with azithromycin.
