摘　　要：研究了自制乙烯基酯树脂碳钢底漆的效果,并和普通的乙烯基酯树脂清树脂作为底漆使用的黏结效果的差别进行了对比。结果表明,自制底漆和碳钢的拉拔黏结强度可轻松达10 MPa以上,远优于普通清树脂作为底漆的5~7 MPa。还研究了添加自制低收缩剂后对喷涂型乙烯基酯树脂玻璃鳞片胶泥的固化体积收缩率和热变形温度的影响。结果表明,自制低收缩剂最优化的添加量为4%~6%,降低体积收缩率同时保持良好的耐热性和耐冷热交变效果。The effects of the self-made vinyl ester primer for carbon steel were studied, and the difference of the bonding effects between the special primer and the common vinyl ester resin was compared. The results showed that the bonding strength of the self-made primer and carbon steel can reach 10 MPa, much better than that of ordinary pure resin as primer of 5~7 MPa. The effects of the adding self-made low shrinkage agent on the volume shrinkage and thermal deformation temperature of the spray-up type vinyl ester resin glass flake coatings were studied as well. The results showed that the optimum adding amount of self-made low shrinkage agent was 4%~6%, which reduced the volume shrinkage rate while maintaining good heat resistance and cold and hot alternating effect.
