摘　　要：介绍了关于彩砂、乳液性能测试的一种实验方法,优选出真石漆用不同彩砂的吸浆量,形成数据库,指导配方设计。此方法经过长期实验、生产实际应用,成功解决了真石漆生产调色过程中机械稳定性差、后期易增稠及贮存后施工性差的问题,为今后真石漆的质量控制提供参考。One experiment method to test color sand and emulsion was introduced. To select different color sand with different emulsion absorptions to establish data base was used for formula design. The test method has been applied in the production process and solved the problems in the mechanical stability,later thickening and application after storage.
