摘  要:利用上流式厌氧污泥床(UASB)反应器,研究不同硫酸根浓度下,有机物和硫酸根的去除效果和产气情况。结果表明:在温度为36℃,进水p H值在6.3~7.1,总有机碳(TOC)和硫酸根(SO^(2-)_4)质量浓度比在0.4~3.0条件下,体积为10 L的UASB反应器运行状况良好;随着SO^(2-)_4浓度的增加,当初始ρ(TOC)=690 mg/L,ρ(SO^(2-)_4)=230 mg/L,水力停留时间(HRT)为12 h时,TOC的去除率约为78%,SO^(2-)_4的去除率约为49%,气体产量为17.4 L/d;当ρ(TOC)增加到840 mg/L,ρ(SO^(2-)_4)增加到2 140 mg/L时,TOC的去除率降为71%,SO^(2-)_4的去除率为47%,气体产量为8.5 L/d;通过控制进水p H值在6.3~7.1,保证了反应器内部较高的p H值(8.2±0.2),使反应器成功运行。The removal effect of organics and sulfates and gas production were studied in different sulfate concentrations by the scale up-flow anaerobic sludge blanket reactor (UASB). The results show that, when 0.4 ≤p (TOC)/p (SO42- )≤3.0,36℃ and influ- ent pH 6.3 - 7. 1, UASB reactor runs well. When the initial p (TOC) is 690 rag/L, the sulfate mass concentration 230 mg/L and HRT = 12 h, the removal rate of TOC is 78%, the removal rate of SO4^2- 49% and the gas output 17.4 L/d. When p(TOC) increases to 840 mg/L and p( SO4^2- )increases to 2 140 mg/L, then the removal rate of TOC decreases to 71%, the removal rate of SO2- 47%, and the gas yield 8.5 L/d. The high pH values (8.2±0.2) in the reactor is controlled by the influent pH values (6.3 - 7.1 ), ensuring that the reactor operates successfully.
