摘  要:近年来,内蒙古部分地区肉羊养殖由散养向规模化、集约化养殖模式转变。在此过程中,相应的寄生虫病防治体系依然属于空白。本课题对巴彦淖尔市临河地区舍饲绵羊消化道线虫病的流行规律进行调查研究,同时对圈舍主要消化道线虫的幼虫发育进行了观察。结果表明:捻转血矛线虫(Haemonchus contortus)、蛇形毛圆线虫(Trichostrongylus colubriformis)虫卵在1~4月份和11~12月份不能发育幼虫,在5~10月份虫卵发育成幼虫,在7月份形成高峰期;奥拉齐细颈线虫(Nematodirus oiratianus)虫卵在1~3月份和11~12月份不能发育成幼虫,在4~10月份虫卵发育成幼虫,在7月份形成发育高峰期。圈舍条件下气温在10~20℃之间与幼虫的发育率呈正相关,在27℃以上呈负相关,湿度与幼虫的发育率呈正相关。Recently,as the mutton sheep industry transformed free- range into Intensification and formalization in parts of Inner Mongolia. During this process,there is no research on the corresponding prevention and treatment system of parasitic diseases. In this topic Study on the epidemiology of main gastrointestinal nematodes of drylot feeding sheep in Bayannur District. In this research,observed the development of gastrointestinal nematode larvae of drylot feeding sheep in Bayannur District. The results showed that the eggs of Haemonchus contortus and Trichostrongylus colubriformis could not develop into the larvae from November to December and January to April,however eggs developed into the larvae during the May to and reached a peak in July. Nematodirus oiratianus could not develop into the larvae from November to December and January to March,whereas,developed during April to October and reached a peak in July. Under the drylot feeding sheep,The temperature and the development rate of larvae were positively correlated between 10- 20℃,negative correlation in more than 27℃,humidity and the development rate of larvae were positively correlated.
