摘  要:本研究对拮抗木霉菌(Trichoderma spp.)与大丽轮枝菌(Verticillium dahliae Kleb.)进行对峙培养,通过抗生作用测定和不同浓度代谢提取物对病原菌抑制作用的测定,对初步筛选出的8株效果较好的木霉菌作进一步筛选。结果表明:菌株XM-7的拮抗作用表现相对稳定,且拮抗作用最强,该菌对峙培养对大丽轮枝菌(V.dahliae)的抑制率为76.3%。各菌株挥发性代谢产物的抑制率大于非挥发性代谢产物,不同浓度代谢提取物之间的抑制率也有显著差异。因此XM-7是一株具有生防潜能较好的木霉菌株。Using confrontation test,detection of volatile and non- volatile inhibitory substances and extract concentration,we selected eight Trichoderma strains which with potential biocontrol activity for further screening. Results indicated that,the strain XM-7 shows strongly antagonist activity to Verticillium dahliae Kleb. And inhibitory efficiency of dual culture of XM- 7 against Verticillium dahliae reached 76. 3%. Inhibition rate of volatile substances of Trichoderma spp. was higher than non- volatile substances. The inhibition rate of extract concentration has significant difference. The strain XM- 7 that possed stronger potential ability to biocontrol were selected through the antagonistic tests against Verticillium dahliae.
