摘  要:采用红颜、点雪、章姬、随珠4种草莓匍匐茎茎尖作为外植体,研究培养基类型、细胞分裂素种类和浓度、生长素种类和浓度对4种草莓茎尖萌发、腋芽增值、生根的影响。结果表明:MS+BA0.5mg/L是4种草莓最适萌发的培养基,萌发率分别为50%、75%、50%、62%;MS+BA0.5mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L是红颜、点雪草莓最适增值培养基,增值倍数分别达到5.1、6.0。MS+BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L是章姬、随珠草莓最适增值培养基,增值倍数分别为5.8、4.3;IBA0.mg/L+1/2MS是4种草莓最适生根培养基,生根率分别是100%、91.6%、100%、100%,生根数分别为8.2、10.5、8.7、5.5。The shoot tip of four kinds of strawberry were used as explants,including Hongyan dianxue Zhangji Suizhu,on shoot tip germination、axillary bud multiplication、taking root were studied. The results were as follows: the optimum medium for shoot tip germination of four strawberry were MS + BA0. 5mg L,germination rates respectively were 50%,75%,50%,62%; The optimum axillary bud multiplication medium was MS + BA0. 5mg / L + NAA0. 1mg / L,including hongyan Dianxue,the highest axillary bud proliferation times respectively were 5. 1、6. 0. the Zhangji and Suizhu strawberry of the optimum axillary bud multiplication medium was MS +BA1. 0mg / L + NAA0. 1mg / L,the highest axillary bud proliferation times respectively were 5. 8、4. 3. The optimum medium for taking root of four strawberry was IBA0. 3mg / L + 1 /2MS,the rooting rate respectively were 100% 、91. 6% 、100% 、100%,the rooting number respectively were 8. 2、10. 5、8. 7、5. 5.
