摘　　要：介绍了由我国作为召集人新发布的国际标准《金属材料线材双向扭转试验》的修订背景和主要技术内容修订依据等，为本国际标准的实施具有指导意义。This article has introduced background and major technological contents of the new published international standard Metallic materials - Wire - Reverse torsion test that developed by China. It will guide carry out this new international standard.
