摘 要:冷轧废水作为钢铁工业废水的重要组成部分,其种类繁多、成分复杂,一直是钢铁工业废水处理的难点。宝钢工程技术集团有限公司结合多年工程实践和科研成果,提出了废水源头浓稀分离、树脂吸附交换法处理浓酸废水、磁混凝法处理含锌废水等多项水处理新技术,并进一步探讨了其在实施过程中存在的难点和创新点,分析了新技术产生的经济效益,系统地形成了冷轧废水处理新工艺,实现了废水的达标排放和资源化回用,为冷轧废水或相关领域废水的设计,提供了经验和指导。As an important part of wastewater from iron and steel industry, the cold rolling wastewater has a great variety and complex composition, which has been a difficulty for the iron and steel industry wastewater treatment. Baosteel Engineering Technology Group Co., combined with years of practice and research achievements, is considering the comprehensive treatment of cold rolling wastewater.They put forward many new technologies of wastewater treatment, such as: the separation of the source of waste water, the treatment of concentrated acid wastewater by resin adsorption and exchange process, the treatment of zinc containing wastewater by the magnetic coagulation.They are further explored the difficulties and innovations in the implementation process ss well as the economic benefits.So they have systematically formed the new technology of cold rolling wastewater treatment, meet the discharge standard and the reuse of wastewater, and provided experience and guidance for the design of wastewater from cold roiling mill or related fields.
