摘 要:在比较分析风碎渣(钢渣)与其他常用磨料物理性能的基础上,选择风碎渣进行钢渣喷砂试验,分别研究喷吹压力、喷吹时间与喷吹距离对试样表面清洁度和粗糙度的影响,并与其他常用磨料的效果进行对比。结果表明,风碎渣用于喷砂磨料,当喷吹压力0.8MPa,喷吹距离150mm,喷吹时间10s时,被处理工件表面清洁度和粗糙度能获得良好效果,表面清洁度和粗糙度分别在Sa2.5和40μm以上,满足涂装要求。On the basis of physical properties of wind quenching steel slag and other commonly used abrasive studied, experiments of the steel slag blasting were carried out .The effect of injection pressure, injection time and injection distance on surface finish and roughness of sample was respectively analyzed, and different abrasive effect was compared with. The results show that surface finish and roughness of sample are good ,the surface finish can reach above Sa2.5 and value of roughness is more than 40 μ m, which can meet coating requirements, when the injection pressure is 0.6 MPa, injection distance is 150 mm and injection time is 10 s, if the abrasive is wind quenching slag.
