摘 要:新媒体环境下,新闻传播实践发生了质的变化,而大众媒体核实谣言的理论与操作规范却鲜有变革,从而造成了大众媒体的"谣言核实困境"。这种困境主要体现在核实的成本、对象、标准、核实者的身份几个方面,其深层原因则是传播方式、传播内容的变化,以及基于这种变化的传播话语权复杂化和资源配置问题。应对这种困境,大众媒体要优化核实规则规范,更要反思它们的身份和定位,做到应对谣言不越位,也不失位,不断提升新闻传播水平和舆论引导能力。Under the new media environment, qualitative changes have taken place in news communication practice, but mass media's theories and operating rules about rumor verification have few changes, which consequently leads to its 'rumor verification dilemma'. The dilemma mainly embodies in the cost, object, standard of the verification and the identity of the verifier, and its deep reasons are mostly due to the changes of communication contents and communication ways, and the complication of discourse right and the problem of resource allocation. To cope with this dilemma, the mass media should optimize its verification regulations and rules, it should also reflect its identity and positioning, so as to cope with rumors properly, constantly improve the level of news reporting and the guiding capacity of public opinion.
