媒介融合时代传统报业编辑部的转型研究

摘　　要：由于传统报业相较其他传统媒体受到新媒体的冲击更为严重,传统报业编辑部面临的转型任务也更为迫切。传统报业编辑部需要在新的现代传媒劳动分工的基础上进行组织重构,其功能与运作流程也应随之变化。随着媒介融合的深入发展,出现了传统纸媒与新兴媒体整体性融合的编辑部,采取矩阵制组织结构和"中央厨房"的工作机制,实现资源共享,运作高效。本文结合相关案例,对其运作规律进行了探讨。Nowadays, new technological revolution has great influence on the traditional media. Compared with other traditional media, the newspaper is under a more serious impact. The traditional newspaper editorial department is facing the task of transformation,and this task is becoming more and more urgent. Traditional newspaper editorial department need to make efforts to reconstruct organization and reengineer process which are based on the divisions of labor of modern media, and its function and operation should also be changed. With the development of media convergence, the new newspaper editorial department will appear,which combination of traditional and new media,and also take the Matrix organization structure as well as the 'central kitchen' working mechanism,at the same time this mode realize the resources sharing and the efficient operation.Therefore,this paper studied relevant cases, discussing the modes of its operation.
