摘 要:以超细WC、电解Ni粉作为主要原料,调整混合料中总碳含量,通过真空烧结及热等静压(HIP)处理获得WC-15Ni高性能无磁硬质合金,研究了不同碳含量及热等静压处理对材料显微组织结构和性能的影响。实验结果表明,混合料总碳含量过低或过高均会恶化无磁硬质合金性能;当混合料中总碳含量达到6.13%(质量分数)时,材料获得良好的性能,横向断裂强度达到3 300 MPa。同时热等静压处理可有效消除无磁硬质合金中的少量残余孔隙,稳定和提高其力学性能。Superfine WC and electrolytic nickel powder were used as the principal raw materials,the total carbon content in the mixture was adjusted,and then WC-15Ni non-magnetic cemented carbide with high properties was prepared by vacuum sintering and hot isostatic pressing(HIP)treatment.The effects were investigated of different carbon content and HIP treatment on the microstructure and properties of the sample.The results show that either too low or too high total carbon content in the mixture can deteriorate the properties of non-magnetic cemented carbide.When the carbon content in the mixture is 6.13%(mass fraction),the material gets good performance with transverse rupture strength up to 3 300 MPa.In addition,HIP treatment can effectively eliminate the residual pores in the non-magnetic cemented carbide,stabilizing and improving its mechanical properties.
