摘 要:对质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)进行250 h强化道路振动耐久实验,分别在振动0 h、78 h、150 h和250 h后采集PEMFC的响应信号数据,进行时域和频域分析。在时域内,分析PEMFC的加速度响应信号均方值随时间的变化规律;在频域内,研究PEMFC加速度响应的特征频率及对应的幅值与振动时间的关系。振动250 h后,PEMFC加速度响应的均方值有增大趋势,加速度响应信号的特征频率未发生改变,但特征频率对应的幅值有略微波动。The endurance test of proton exchange membrane fuel cell ( PEMFC ) after vibrating for 250 h under strengthened road conditions was conducted. The response data after vibration for 0 h,78 h, 150 h and 250 h was collected and analyzed in time domain and frequency domain. In time domain, the rule of the mean square value of the acceleration response data with the change of time was analyzed. The characteristic frequency of the acceleration response data of the fuel cell and the relation between the amplitude of the characteristic frequency and the time of vibrating were analyzed in frequency domain. After vibrating for 250 h,the mean square value of the acceleration response data had the tendency to increase, the characteristic frequency of the acceleration response data remained the same, but the amplitude of the characteristic frequency changed a little.
