摘　　要：目的分析唐山市艾滋病(AIDS)流行现状和特征,评价目前防治对策,明确今后防治工作的重点,为决策者提供科学依据。方法对唐山市人类免疫缺陷病毒感染者/艾滋病病例(HIV/AIDS)报告资料和个案流调资料进行描述性统计分析。结果唐山市2009-2015年累计报告HIV/AIDS 763例,死亡76例。HIV/AIDS以青壮年男性为主;文化程度发病最高的是初中,占33.16%;职业以农民、家务及待业和工人为主。性接触、血液传播途径均有病例报告,但以性途径传播为主,占94.36%,其中男男性接触途径传播占60.81%。28.96%的病例主要来源于自愿咨询检测(VCT)。发病人群城市高于农村,无明显的季节性。结论唐山市属于AIDS低流行地区,但近年来疫情呈快速增长势头,青少年发病上升趋势显著,控制性接触传播特别是男男同性接触传播病例的发生是目前和今后唐山市AIDS防治工作的重中之重。Objective To analyze the epidemic situation and characteristics of AIDS in Tangshan City, assess current control measures, clarify the key points of prevention and control in the future, and provide scientific basis for decision mak- ers. Methods The data of HIV/AIDS cases（ case reports and case epidemiological investigation） in Tangshan City were collect- ed and analyzed statistically. Results A total of 763 HIV/AIDS cases were reported in Tangshan City from 2009 to 2015, inclu- ding 76 death cases, and the epidemic situation showed a rapid rising trend. Most of cases were young men ; junior middle school accounted for 33.16% ; most of the sufferers were the farmers, unemployed persons and workers. The cases by sex and blood - borne were reported in Tangshan City, while sexual transmission accounted for 94. 36% , and 60. 81% were homosexual trans- mission. 28.96% of cases were reported by Voluntary Counseling and Testing（VCT）. The incidence of HIV/AIDS cases from the city was higher than that in countryside. HIV/AIDS cases happened all the year round. Conclusion The epidemic situation of AIDS is at a low level in Tangshan City, but the incidence rate is increasing rapidly in recent years, and the cases of young peo- ple have increased significantly. To control the sexual transmission, especially homosexual transmission, is the most important thing of AIDS prevention and control work in Tangshan City.
