摘　　要：目的探讨手足口病发病危险因素。方法采用病例对照研究方法,以2015年在保定市儿童医院住院的手足口病患儿为病例组,以同居住地、患儿发病前2周内无手足口皮疹和发热病史的儿童为对照组,进行单因素和多因素非条件Logistic回归分析。结果单因素分析显示:发病前10 d内去过医疗机构、照看人学历较低、家中有其他14岁以下儿童、儿童没有独立的餐具和毛巾等是危险因素,照看人知道如何预防手足口病、餐具定期煮烫、玩具定期清洗是保护因素。多因素分析显示:餐具不定期进行煮烫消毒、没有对儿童的玩具进行定期清洗消毒、发病前10 d内去过医疗机构、家中有其他10岁以下儿童是发病危险因素。结论医院内感染、隐性感染和轻型病例的家庭引入是手足口病的主要危险因素。手足口病预防应该主要从加强医院内感染控制,全方位的消毒措施保护等方面入手。Objective To explore the risk factors of the hand, foot and mouth disease. Methods The case - control study, with univariate and multivariate unconditional logistic regression analysis has been taken to compare the case group, which is children with hand, foot and mouth disease in Baoding Children＇s Hospital in 2015, and the control group, which is children without symptom of hand, foot and mouth disease in the same period. Results Univariate analysis showed that having been to hospital within 10 days before the hospitalization, with children under 10in the family, not using separate utensils and towels are risk factors. And with a caregiver knowing how to protect this disease, regularly disinfecting the dishware and washing toys are protective factors. Multivariate analysis revealed that not regularly disinfecting the dishware or washing toys, having been to medi- cal institutions within 10 days before the onset, having other children under 10 in the family are risk factors. Conclusion Infec- tion in the hospital, silent infection and family introduction of light cases are major risk factors for hand, foot and mouth dis- ease. The preventive should mainly focus on infection control in hospital and comprehensive disinfection and protection measures.
