摘　　要：疫苗佐剂是一种非特异性的免疫增强剂,它能够增加疫苗的免疫原性,提高机体的自我保护能力。并且随着佐剂的加入,疫苗的用量减少,生产成本降低。因此,研究安全有效的佐剂在免疫学上具有重大的应用价值,是当前疫苗研究的重点方向。本文就当前疫苗佐剂的研究发展进行综述。Vaccine adjuvant is a non - specific immune potentiator which can increase immunogenicity of the vaccine, improve the body＇ s protective ability, and reduce the vaccine dose and production costs. Therefore, in immunology, there exists signif- icant application value about research on safe and effective adjuvant, which has become the focal point of the current vaccine study. This article summarizes the present research and development of the vaccine adjuvant.
