摘  要:目的分析低剂量电离辐射对放射工作人员血象指标变化的影响,为保障医疗放射工作人员健康提供依据。方法以1 767名医疗放射工作人员为研究对象,不同工龄组间比较采用单因素方差分析;偏相关分析排除性别因素对工龄和血象指标关系的影响;不同性别、工龄和血象指标关系采用线性回归分析。结果不同工龄组间血象指标均值比较,血红蛋白和血小板差异均有统计学意义(F值分别为5.570和3.531,P<0.05);红细胞、血小板、淋巴细胞3个指标与放射工龄呈负相关关系(性别为协变量);男性红细胞、血小板两项指标及女性淋巴细胞指标回归系数为负值且差异有统计学意义(t值分别为-2.300、-3.358和-2.188,P<0.05)。结论医疗放射工作人员工龄与部分外周血象指标变化有关,且存在男女性别差异。Objective We analyzed low - dose ionizing radiation on the change of peripheral blood index in radiation workers, in order to provide the basis for the radioprotection. Methods 1 767 medical radiation workers were included in the present stud- y. Means of different working years were analysis by one - way ANOVA. Partial correlation and linear regression analysis were used to study relationship between blood index means and working years in different gender. Resnlts Two index means ( hemoglo- bin and platelet) were significant difference among different working years ( F values are 5. 570 and 3. 531, respectively, P 〈 0. 05 ). Three index means( red blood cells, platelets, and lymphocytes) were negatively correlated with working years (gender as covariate). Regression coefficients were negative and statistically significant with two index (red blood ceils and platelets) in male and one index(lymphocyte) in female( t values are - 2. 300, - 3. 358 and - 2. 188, respectively, P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclu- sion The change of several peripheral blood index were relevant with working years in medical radiation workers, and different between man and women.
