摘  要:目的了解献县家蝇对溴氰菊酯等常用杀虫剂的抗性现状,为合理选用化学杀虫剂、指导家蝇防制提供科学依据。方法采用点滴法,测定家蝇半数致死量(LD50)。结果献县家蝇对4种常用杀虫剂的LD50依次为溴氰菊酯0.49 590μg/只、高效氯氰菊酯0.01 990μg/只,敌敌畏0.05 376μg/只,残杀威0.03 393μg/只,与敏感试虫相比,抗性系数(R/S值)溴氰菊酯为43.50倍、高效氯氰菊酯为33.17倍、敌敌畏为6.48倍、残杀威为54.73倍。结论献县家蝇对4种杀虫剂均产生不同程度的抗药性,与卫生城市创建等工作中杀虫剂的不合理使用有关;建议加强抗性监测,合理选择用药,采取综合防治措施,以缓解家蝇抗药性的发展。Objective To determine the resistance of Musca domestica to commonly used insecticides to inform proper applica- tion of chemical killing agents. Methods Topical dropping method was used to determine the LD50. Results The LD50 values of deltamethrin, betacypermethrin, DDVP and propoxur for M domestica were 0.49 590, 0. 01 990, 0. 05 376 and 0. 03 393 μg/ 9, respectively. The resistances ratios (R/S) to four insecticides were 43.50, 33.17, 6.48 and 54. 73, respective- ly. Conclusion The resistance of M domestica in Xianxian to four insecticides in Xianxian has developed to varying degrees, particularly that to propoxur, dehamethrin and betacypermethrin. Development of resistance may be due to improper administra- tion of insecticides in the construction areas. Additional resistance monitoring, proper use of insecticides and comprehensive vec- tor control strategies are key to preventing the occurrence of drug resistance in these vectors.
