摘　　要：目的:了解焦作市第二人民医院(以下简称"我院")用药咨询服务情况,为提高药学服务质量、促进合理用药提供参考。方法:采用回顾性调查方法,对我院2015年6—12月189例用药咨询相关资料进行统计分析。结果:189例用药咨询中,咨询药品信息者最多,共48例(占25.40%);其次分别为药品剂型的合理应用、药品适宜的用药时间与时辰药理学、用药方法、药物安全性与不良反应及其防范等。结论:医院开展用药咨询服务,可促进合理用药,提高药师专业素质,保障患者用药安全。OBJECTIVE： To investigate the drug consultation status in Jiaozuo the Second People＇s Hospital（ hereinafter referred to as＂our hospital＂）,so a to provide reference for the improvement of quality of pharmaceutical care and promotion of rational application of drugs. METHODS： Retrospective investigation method was adopted,statistical analysis was conducted on the data of 189 cases of drug consultation fro Jun. to Dec. 2015. RESULTS： Of the 189 cases,drug information took the lead,totally 48 cases（ 25. 40%）; followed by rational application of dosage,proper administration time and chronopharmacology,administration method,drug safety,adverse drug reactions and the prevention,etc.. CONCLUSIONS： Carrying out drug consultation has great significance for improving pharmacists ＇professional skills,promoting clinical rational application of drugs and ensuring patients ＇medication safety.
