摘　　要：郭维琴教授认为高血压病多因情志过极、饮食不节、内伤虚损所致。郭维琴教授提倡辨病辨证相结合,中西医结合治疗高血压病,在继承其父郭士魁教授对高血压病辨证分型的基础上,将高血压病辨证分为肝火上扰,痰湿中阻,瘀血阻络,精血不足、虚风内动,肝肾阴虚、肝阳上亢,脾肾阳虚证6个证型进行辨证论治。她治疗高血压病典型症状及其并发症(中风、胸痹、怔忡)擅长运用药对,包括珍珠母、决明子,钩藤、天麻,枸杞子、菊花,桑寄生、杜仲,丹参、红花,酸枣仁、合欢皮,川芎、地龙,郁金、姜黄等,临床取得了较好的疗效。Professor GUO Weiqin believes hypertension is caused by emotional disorder,improper diet and internal deficiency and injuries. Professor GUO Weiqin advocates syndrome differentiation combined with disease differentiation,and integrated Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of hypertension. Based on the experience inheritance of her father- professor GUO Shikui,she divides hypertension into six syndrome types： syndrome of flaming up of liver fire,syndrome of phlegm-dampness blocking,syndrome of stirring wind due to deficient essence and blood,syndrome of yin deficiency of liver and kidney and hyperactivity of liver yang,syndrome of yang deficiency of spleen and kidney. She makes good use of herb pairs in the treatment of hypertension and its complications,and the herb pairs include Zhenzhumu and Juemingzi,Gouteng and Tianma,Gouqizi and Juhua,Sangjisheng and Duzhong,Danshen and Honghua,Suanzaoren and Hehuanpi,Chuanxiong and Dilong,Yujin and Jianghuang,etc. The use of herb pairs makes good effect in clinic.
