摘 要:目的探讨听力障碍儿童的生活能力、心理情况,以及各种影响因素,针对存在的问题提出建议,以提高听障儿童的生活质量。方法对在校聋儿进行裸耳纯音测听和助听设备效果评估,采用《婴儿-初中学生社会生活能力量表》进行相应社会生活能力评估。结果54例(108耳)被试重度听力损失5耳(4.63%),极重度听力损失103耳(95.37%);助听设备双耳佩戴率为72.22%;助听设备的总有效补偿率为49.46%;被试的社会生活能力评分与助听设备补偿效果之间的差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05),83.33%(45/54)被试的社会生活能力评分为正常及以上。结论在校聋儿整体听力损失严重,社会生活能力较好,但助听设备双耳佩戴率和有效补偿率有待提高。Objective To discuss the capability and psychology condition and all kinds of other factors of hearing impaired children and give some advice on the existing problems, in order to improve the life quality of hearing impaired children. Methods Testing with the pure tone audiometry and the evaluation of hearing devices among the hearing impaired children in school,and evaluating their social capability with social life ability scale for infant-junior high school student. Results There are 5 ears(4.63%) with severe hearing loss and 103 ears(95.37%) with profound hearing loss in 54(108 ears) hearing impaired children.The rate of binaural fitting is 72.22%,and the rate of effective compensation with all hearing devices is 49.46%.There is significant difference(P〈0.05) between the social capability and the effective compensation of hearing devices.There are 83.33%(45/54) of all hearing impaired children's the social capability scores were normal or above.Conclusion The hearing impaired Children in School are all with sever or profound hearing loss and the social capability scores were normal,however the hearing devices wearing bilaterally and the effective compensation were remained to be improved.
