摘　　要：代谢综合征（MS）是一组以胰岛素抵抗为核心,具体表现为肥胖、糖尿病、高血压与血脂异常的症候群.MS与结直肠癌的发生、发展密切相关,但目前MS致结直肠癌发病的具体机制尚不完全清楚.通过对MS与结直肠癌关系的研究进展进行综述,为结直肠癌的预防、筛查及预后评估提供依据.Metabolic syndrome （MS） is a group of conditions with insulin resistance as the core,including obesity,diabetes mellitus,hypertension and dyslipidemia.Studies have found that MS is closely related to the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer,although the mechanism is not fully clear.This article reviews the recent research progress on the relationship between MS and colorectal cancer,which may be relevant to the prevention,early detection and prognosis evaluation of colorectal cancer.
