摘　　要：黄连是一种常用中药,富含小檗碱类生物碱。最近研究表明,小檗碱具有多种药理活性,特别是对慢性退行性疾患有良好防治作用,重新受到广泛关注。本文对含小檗碱类生物碱的中草药进行了整理。黄连、黄柏在《神农本草经》中均为上品。黄连,黄柏、关黄柏、黄藤、功劳术、金果榄、三颗针等七种物品收载在《中国人民共和同药典》中,此类中草药集中分布于毛茛科、小檗科、防己科、芸香科等药用植物类群中,组成生物、化学、药理上的多样性,值得我们进一步重视、研究与开发。Coptids Rhizoma is a commonly used Chinese Materia Medica, contains abundant Berberine-type of alkaloids. More recently, berberine and its related compounds have been discovered with a variety of pharmacological activities, with beneficial effects to the prevention and treatment of degenerative disease hence attracted much attention. This paper deals with the most important Chinese herbal medicines which contain berberine-type alkaloids. Coptids Rhizoma and Phellodendri Cortex were both classified as superior grade drugs in the ＂Shen Nong, s Herbal＂, while Coptids Rhizoma, Phellodendri Cortex, Phellodendri Amurensis Cortex, Fibraureae Canlis, Mahoniae Caulis, Tinosporae Radix and Berberidis Radix have recorded in ＂Pharmacopoeia of the People, s Republic of China＂. These kinds of Chinese herbal medicines are widely occurred in the families： Ranunculaceae, Berberidaceae, Menispermaceae and Rutaeeae etc. forming an appropriate field for further investigation and development.
