有源PFC方案对提升空调制冷制热性能的实验研究  被引量:2

摘  要:采用有源PFC方法,同时结合最优母线电压控制技术,在保证电流谐波抑制效果的前提下,解决了空调压缩机最高转速限制难题,与无源PFC方法相比,在相同实验条件下,变频空调器的制冷和制热性能得到显著提升:在-15℃~2℃室外温度范围内,有源PFC方案的低温制热量提升12.2%~39.9%,低温制冷量提升7.64%~17.58%;实验开始15min以后,有源PFC方案温降速度整体快约1℃,温升速度整体快约1.35℃.Combined APFC method and optimal bus voltage control technology, the air conditioning compressor maximum speed limit problem has been solved, while ensuring the current harmonic suppression effect. Compared with passive PFC method, the cooling and heating performance of inverter air conditioner has been significantly improved under the same experimental conditions: within -15℃ to 2℃ outdoor temperature range, the low-temperature heating capacity of APFC scheme are enhanced 12.2% to 39.9%, whose low-temperature cooling capacity are also enhanced 7.64% to 17.58%; 15 minutes after experiment started, temperature rise and temperature drop of APFC scheme are 1℃ and 1.35℃, on the whole, faster than that of passive PFC scheme, respectively.
