摘　　要：慢性肺曲霉病是一组由曲霉菌引起的临床综合症，好发于存在肺部基础疾病患者，其发病率及病死率较高，对全球健康造成严重负担，亟需我们对其临床表现及治疗提高认识。现对慢性肺曲霉病近年来有关临床分类、临床表现、治疗及耐药进展进行综述。Chronic pulmonary Aspergillosis is a pulmonary syndrome caused by Aspergillus spp and it is more frequently seen in patients with underlying chronic pulmonary diseases. It is associated with significant morbidity and mortality, which has recently been recognized as a significant global health burden. Specific knowledge regarding the disease entity, clinical features and management are needed. This review focuses on the recent advances in classification, clinical manifestation and treatment of chronic pulmonary aspergillosis.
