摘  要:ARDS是危重症患者中常见的疾病,其病死率高达45%。经过几十年的研究,其发病机制尤其在基因水平仍不清楚。近年来,微小RNAs(miRNAs)成为生物医学研究的新热点,在ARDS发病机制中也有很多新发现。大量实验证明,ARDS中血和肺组织中miRNAs的表达会发生变化,一些miRNAs参与ARDS发病及发展,本文对miRNAs参与ARDS发病的最新研究进展进行综述。Acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) is a common disease in critical patients, and the mortality rate is as high as 45%. Through decades of research, the pathogenesis of ARDS is still not clear, especially at the gene level. In recent years, miRNAs have become a new hot topic in biomedical research, and there are many new discoveries in the pathogenesis of ARDS. A large number of experiments have proved that the expression of miRNAs in the blood and lung tissue during ARDS will change, some of the miRNAs are involved in the pathogenesis and development of ARDS. This paper reviews the latest research progress of miRNAs in the pathogenesis of ARDS.
