摘  要:目的:观察膝关节镜手术治疗军事训练致半月板后角损伤的临床应用效果.方法:2012年1月~2014年12月,采用关节镜FasT-Fix缝合术治疗半月板后角损伤29例,观察术后膝关节活动度及半月板愈合情况,评估手术前后膝关节功能Ly-sholm评分的差异.结果:术后随访6~24个月,术后膝关节活动度正常,无绞锁,达到临床愈合标准27例,愈合率92.4%;术后膝关节功能Lysholm评分为87.7±11.3分,明显高于术前的35.3±9.7分,两者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).所有患者术后膝关节功能Lysholm评分中,优良率89.7%.结论:膝关节镜下FasT-Fix全内缝合治疗半月板后角损伤具有创伤小、恢复快、疗效显著的优点,是修复半月板后角损伤的有效方法.Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of arthroscopic FasT - Fix suture for the treatment of patients with meniscus posterior horn injury caused by military training. Methods: The FasT - Fix total interal closure device was used to carry out arthroscopic suture for 29 patients with meniscus posterior horn injury from January 2012 to December 2014. Preoperative and postoperative Lysholm scores were recorded, postoperative knee joint activity and meniscus healing conditions were observed. Results: All patients were followod - up from 6 to 18 months, normal postoperative knee joint activity without locking were observed. According to clinical healing criteria, 27 cases got clinical healing of meniscus, with the clinical healing rate of 92.4%. Postoperative Lysholm score ( 87.7 ± 11.3 ) was higher than preoperative one ( 35.3 ± 9.7 ), the difference had statistical significance ( P 〈 0.01 ), the excellent and good rate was 89.7%. Conclusion: The arthroscopic FasT - Fix suture has the advantages of minimal invasive injury, rapid recover function and higher efficiency for the treatment of patients with meniscus posterior horn injury caused by military training.
