摘 要:佐匹克隆、唑吡坦、扎来普隆、褪黑素是新型镇静催眠药,它们的广泛使用使得法庭毒物分析中此类药物的检出率明显上升。此类药物使用剂量小,作用快,代谢快,体内检出量的解释一直是毒物分析者关注的问题。国外学者已经对此类药物在生物体内的稳定性进行了广泛研究,国内报道不多。本文综述了这四种药物在生物体内的吸收代谢过程及主要的代谢物,生物检材储存在不同温度(室温、冷冻、冷藏)条件下的稳定性研究数据,以有助于对含有此类药物的死亡案件的毒物学解释。Zopiclone, Zolpidem, Zaleplon and Melatonin are new sedative hypnotics, due to the widespread use of these drugs result in the rate of detection increased significantly in the field of forensic toxicology analysis. Such drugs have characteristics of small doses, quick action and fast metabolism, so the explanation of analytes in biological samples has been concerned by toxicological analysts. The stability of these drugs in vivo has been extensively studied by foreign scholars, while domestic reports are a few. The metabolic processes and the major metabolites of these drugs in biological samples and the stability in biological samples stored at different temperatures(room temperature, refrigerated, and frozen) were summariaed in this paper, and therefore to assist in the toxicological interpretation of deaths involving these drugs.
