摘  要:控制电位库仑法是国际上公认的潜在基准测量方法,根据法拉第电解定律,通过质量、电流、时间等基本物理量及法拉第常数来进行样品的测定,可直接溯源到国际SI单位,不需要使用标准物质进行比对。采用控制电位法测定黄金纯度,方法的相对标准偏差优于0.06%,扩展不确定度:0.2%(k=2),测定结果具有溯源性。实验证明该方法具有高准确性和精密度。Controlled potential coulometry is internationally recognized as potential primary measurement method According to Faraday's law of electrolysis, the measuring result depends directly on the reliability of measuring quality, current, time and other fundamental physical quantity and the Faraday constant, it can be directly traceable to the international system of units (SI) unit, and does not require the use of standard reference materials for the comparation. The control potential method was used to determine the purity of gold, and the relative standard deviation of the method was better than 0.06%, and the expanded uncertainty was 0.2% (k=2), the measurement results are traceability. Experiments showed that the method has high accuracy and precision.
