金隆外排废水氟化物的达标排放改造实践

摘　　要：《铜镍钴工业污染物排放标准》(GB25467-2010)的实施,外排口氟化物的指标由10mg/L调整到5mg/L,由于氟化钙在水中的溶解度8mg/L,因此石灰铁盐法排水处理系统处理氟化物的方法不能使废水达标排放,通过研究对不同成分的废水分类处理同时优化提高石灰石铁盐法的除氟效率使排水中氟达标排放。The implementation of the copper cobalt and nickel industry emission standard （GB25467-2010）, the plant discharge port fluorine indicators by the 10mg / L adjusted to 5mg / L, drainage treatment system is currently based on the solubility of calcium fluoride, lime iron salts law the method does not waste water discharge standards, increase system capacity while optimizing through the study of the different components of the classification process wastewater discharge standards of fluorine in the drain.
