摘  要:目的建立同时测定芒果叶中芦丁、槲皮素含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法采用色谱柱Inertsil ODS-2柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)进行分析,流动相为70%甲醇-0.2%磷酸(65∶35),等度洗脱,体积流量为1.0 m L/min,检测波长为368 nm,柱温为35℃。结果芦丁、槲皮素质量浓度均在1.464 48~120μg/m L(R^2=0.999 8,R^2=0.999 5)范围内与峰面积线性关系良好;平均回收率分别为100.08%和99.93%,RSD分别为1.12%和0.92%(n=6)。结论该方法可用于芒果叶的质量控制。Objective To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of rutin and quercetin in Folium Mangiferae. Methods The analysis was performed on Inertsil ODS-2 column (150 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm), mobile phase was 70% methanol-0.2% phosphoric(65 : 35)with lsocratic elution, flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, detection wavelength was set at 368 nm, and column temperature was maintained at 35 ℃. Results The linear ranges of rutin and quercetin were 1. 464 48- 120 μg/mL(R^2= 0. 999 8, R2 = 0. 999 5), respectively. Their average recovery rateswere 100.08% (RSD = 1.12%, n = 6) and 99.93% ( RSD = 0.92%, n =6), respectively. Conclusion This method can be used for the quality control of Folium Mangiferae.
