摘 要:目的 优选黄马酊的最佳渗漉提取工艺。方法 选择乙醇浓度(A)、乙醇用量(B)及渗漉速度(C)3个因素为考察对象,以士的宁及盐酸小檗碱的含量为综合评价指标,采用L_9(3~4)正交试验进行优选。结果 以70%乙醇10倍量进行渗漉,渗漉速度为3 m L/(min·kg)为最佳工艺条件。结论 优选得到的黄马酊渗漉工艺合理可行,可用于制剂室大生产。Objective To optimize the percolation extraction process of Huang- Ma Tincture. Methods The Ethanol concentration(A), Ethanol dosage(B) and percolation rate (C) were selected as the factors, and the contents of Strychnine and Berberine Hydrochloride were taken as the observed index; L9(3^4) orthogonal test was designed to optimize the process. Results The optimal technology was 70% ethanol 10 times as much as that of the drugs and percolation rate was 3 mL/(min · kg). Conclusion The preparation process is reasonable and highly efficient, which can be used for he mass production of Huang- Ma Tincture.
