摘　　要：军事信息系统互操作性是信息化联合作战夺取战场主动权的关键,是武器装备体系综合评估研究的重点之一。通过研究美军信息系统联合互操作性测试、验证的机制与流程,提出了适用于我军的基于就绪网络关键性能参数的信息系统,介绍了美军信息系统互操作性等级(LISI)评估方法与模型,为提高我军信息系统互操作水平提供有意义的参考。The information systems interoperability is the key to win the initiative in the ifeld of information joint operations. It is important in the research on the evaluation of a weapon equipment system. By researching on the mechanisms and processes of the testing and certification of the US military information systems interoperability, the method and model of the testing and certification of information systems interoperability based on net ready key performance parameter （NR-KPP） were proposed. Meanwhile, the method and model of levels of information systems interoperability （LISI） were introduced. This paper can provide a meaningful reference to improve the level of information systems interoperability for our army.
