摘  要:目的:研究血尿酸与2型糖尿病脂类代谢紊乱及糖尿病并发症的关系。方法:根据181例已确诊2型糖尿病患者的血尿酸水平,将其分成高血尿酸组和正常血尿酸组。采用日本东芝TBA2000FR全自动生化分析仪检验TCHO、TG、HDL—C、HbAlc,比较并分析其相关性。结果:高血尿酸组TCHO、TG显著高于正常血尿酸组(P〈0.05),而高血尿酸组HDL—c显著低于正常血尿酸组(P〈0.05);血尿酸与TcHo、TG为显著正相关,与HDL—C是显著负相关,血尿酸与HbAlc不相关。高血尿酸组与正常血尿酸组糖尿病肾病发生率有显著性差异(P〈0.05),其他糖尿病并发症发生率无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。结论:血尿酸水平与2型糖尿病脂类代谢紊乱及糖尿病肾病的发生密切相关。Objective: To investigate the relationship between serum uric acid and lipid metabolism disorder and diabetic complications in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: In this study, 181 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into high blood uric acid group and normal uric acid group according to the level of blood uric acid. TCHO, TG, HDL-C and HbAlc levels were tested by Japan's Toshiba TBA2000FR automatic biochemical analyzer, and the correlations were analyzed.? Results: The levels of TCHO and TG in high blood uric acid group were significantly higher than those in normal serum uric acid group (P〈0.05). In the high serum uric acid group, HDL-C was significantly lower than that in the normal serum uric acid group (P〈0.05). Serum uric acid was significantly positively correlated with TG and TCHO, and negatively correlated with HDL-C.Serum uric acid was not associated with HbAlc. There was a significant difference in the incidence of diabetic nephropathy (P〈0.05) between the high blood uric acid group and the normal uric acid group, and the incidence of other diabetic complications was not significantly different (P〉0.05) Conclusion: Serum uric acid level is closely related to the disorder of lipid metabolism and the occurrence of diabetic nephropathy in type 2 diabetes meUitus.
