摘　　要：了解曲靖市人口发展现状、特征与趋势,通过整理第五次、第六次人口普查的相关数据,对人口发展现状及特征进行深入分析,发现人口自然增长缓慢,人力资源规模扩大,年龄结构发生转变,老龄化水平提高,性别比失衡,城市化水平发展快,居住条件改善,家庭规模缩小,少数民族人口增长,流动人口增多。因此,应控制贫困山区生育率水平,加强教育投入,提高人口质量,大力发展经济,积极应对人口老龄化,改变生育观念,加强流动人口管理。To understanding the present situation, characteristics and trend of population development in Qujing city, find to by finishing fifth, sixth census related data, a deep analysis on the current situation and characteristics of population development.population natural growth slow, human resources scale expansion, age structure transformation, Population aging level raise, sex ratio imbalance, urbanization level development fast,living condition improvement,family size reduction,minority population growth,floating population increased.So conclusions control of fertility in poor mountainous areas, strengthen education investment, improve population quality, vigorously develop the economy, actively respond to population aging, changing fertility concept, strengthen the management of floating population.
