摘 要:中国石油天然气股份有限公司独山子石化分公司以哈国进口原油生产的催化裂化柴油、焦化柴油和焦化汽油为组分,按照不同的试验方案调配成两种混合试验原料。在反应压力为7.5 MPa、氢油比为600、空速为2.5 h^(-1)和加氢催化剂条件下,调节反应温度,开展两种混合原料加氢生产国Ⅴ柴油的试验研究。试验结果表明:在精制柴油的硫质量分数小于10μg/g、试验过程的物料核算达到平衡的条件下,混合原料A在反应温度达到370℃时,生产国Ⅴ柴油的反应氢耗为112.72 g/g;混合原料B在反应温度达到372℃时,生产国Ⅴ柴油的反应氢耗为118.57 g/g。混合原料B的加氢反应氢耗较高,这与混合原料B中催化裂化柴油配比较高有关。The two mixed feeds were prepared from the FCC diesel, coker diesel and coker gasoline from Kazakhstan Crude based upon different testing schemes. The two mixed feeds were tested to produce diesel of Guo V standard with hydrogenation catalyst at the. conditions of 7.5 MPa reaction pressure, 600 hydrogen to oil ratio and 2.5 h^-1 space velocity. The tests results demonstrated that, when the sulfur in the treated diesel was lower than 10 μg/g, the material was balanced and the reaction temperature of mixed feed A was 370℃, the hydrogen consumption of producing diesel of Guo V standard was 112.72; When the reaction temperature of mixed feed B was 372 ℃, the hydrogen consumption of producing diesel of Guo V standard was 118.57, which was higher than that of feed A. The higher hydrogen consumption has some relation with the ratio of FCC diesel in mixed feed B.
