摘　　要：按照"互联网+"创新思维,上海市采用紧贴需求、跟踪技术、应用为上、快速迭代的新模式推出"移动APP、微信企业号、微信订阅号"移动应用组合服务套餐,将互联网思维引入防汛业务,为多级防汛部门和市民提供随时随地防汛信息服务。应用证明,上海防汛移动不仅较好地服务于市、区(县)和街镇的多级防汛,也为水资源管理、水环境整治和政务办公等应用提供统一的支撑平台。According to innovative thinking of ＂Internet ＋ ＂, ＂Mobile APP, Enterprise Wechat Account, Subscription Wechat Account＂ were launched in Shanghai City as a new mobile application service package, which meet the demand,track technology, and the rapid iteration. The residents of the city and flood control departments in multi- level can receive the flood control information anytime, anywhere.
