摘　　要：介绍了双组份高强度聚氨酯胶粘剂的合成及应用,研究了双组份胶粘剂的合成工艺及性能,阐述了反应原理实验操作、使用方法及工艺要求,并对实验结果进行了讨论,探讨了多端羟基聚氨酯当量固化温度和时间,对胶粘剂的耐水性能以及乙组份固含量和贮存时间对粘接性能的影响进行了考察。This paper introduces the synthesis and application of two component and high strength polyurethane adhesive,and studies the technological process of the synthesis by two component adhesive and its excellent performance.This paper expounds the reaction principle of test operation,method and process requirements.Through the discussion of experiment results,it explores the curing temperature and time of multiterminal hydroxyl equivalent polyurethane,and investigates water resistant performance of adhesive and effect of solid content and storage time of unit B on adhesive properties.
